PROJECT EXECUTION STRATEGY
KANFA AS will take on the technical responsibility and give full process and mechanical guarantees for equipment, typically for small and medium size process packages. For larger deliveries, KANFA will seek alliances with e.g. contractors or fabricators.
KANFA AS philosophy is that each company should do what it does best.
KANFA AS in-house work includes project management, technical/process design and solutions, arrangement drawing/layout, purchase of valves, instruments and equipment, PFDs, P&IDs, etc
KANFA AS will outsource purchasing of piping and steel, detail engineering (mechanical calc, pipe stress, structural analyses etc.) and fabrication/assembly

CONSULTANCY, STUDIES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
KANFA also contributes with consultancy work, varying from initial field studies to offshore troubleshooting of process equipment. Based on extensive process and mechanical knowledge from years of experience in design, manufacturing, installation and start-up in the offshore world, KANFA can offer a wide range in disciplies and know-how. We have both personnel and licences (FLUENT) for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), as well as HYSYS for simulation of complete process plants. As an independent company, without any comittment to technology, KANFA can participate in quotation work for both oil companies and contractors without any conflict of interest. We can perform 3rd party verification of technical solutions, specific equipment or design philosophies.
